Emily’s Pet Services, LLC Waiver

Emily’s Pet Services, LLC provides high quality professional dog walking and pet sitting services. For the purposes of this Agreement the term “The Company” refers to Emily’s Pet Services, LLC. The Company includes all independent contractors, referred to as “Team” representing Emily’s Pet Services, LLC. The term “Client” refers to the pet owner and/or homeowner who are engaging the services of Emily’s Pet Services, who has executed this waiver below. The term “Pet” (in both singular and plural forms) means any animal under the care of Emily’s Pet Services, LLC and its team.

Release/Waiver

As the Client, I understand that potential harm could occur to my Pet while in the care of The Company and I assume all related risks of engaging the Company to care for my Pet. I hereby release and agree to save and hold harmless The Company, its members, employees, officers and agents from any and all liability, claims, including claims of negligence, suits, actions, loss, injury, or damage of any nature or kind, or for any liability, claims, suits, actions, loss, injury or damage which I or my pet may sustain or which may be caused in any way by my Pet. I assume all risks known and unknown to me of my participation in this service.

I specifically, without limitation, agree to fully indemnify The Company for any and all such liability, claims, suits, actions, losses, injury and/or damage which may be caused by my Pet.

I attest that my Pet is in good health and up-to-date on all vaccinations and will provide proof of the same. I also attest that my Pet does not suffer from any life threatening or contagious condition that may be exacerbated by exposure to other pets, or expose other animals to undue risk while in The Company’s care. Further, I attest that my Pet has not harmed or shown aggressive behavior toward any person or any other animal.

I, hereby grant permission to The Company. to act on my behalf, and in my Pet’s best interest, by obtaining veterinary care, should the Company, in its sole discretion, deem it necessary for the health and well being of my Pet. I further agree to pay for/or reimburse the cost of any and all veterinary or reasonable necessary services The Company may incur on behalf of my Pet.
