Q2: Is your service in-home only, or do you offer boarding?

A: All care is provided in your home so your pets remain comfortable in their normal environment. We do not offer boarding or kennel services.

Q3: How do I get started and book a service?

A: Contact us through the website or by phone. We’ll schedule a short Meet & Greet, learn your pet’s routine, and then you can request visits or overnight care whenever needed.

Q4: What areas do you serve?

A: We serve Red Lion, PA and surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether your location is included, feel free to ask.

Q5: Can you administer medication or handle special needs?

A: Yes. We can administer medication and follow any specific instructions you provide to ensure your pet’s safety and comfort.

Q6: What is your cancellation or change policy?

A: Please let us know as soon as possible if your plans change. Cancellations may require advance notice depending on the season or service type.

Q7: Will I receive updates while I’m away?

A: Yes. We provide updates and photos during each visit so you always know how your pet is doing.

Q8: What happens in an emergency?

A: If an emergency occurs, we will contact you immediately and take your pet to your preferred veterinarian or the nearest emergency clinic if needed.
